Dr. Jim Renaud is an independent consultant and is President and Co-founder of Renaud Geological Consulting Ltd (RGC), of London, Ontario Canada. Jim is a senior geologist with over twenty years in the field and has conducted research and mineralogical studies on projects in North and South America, Africa and Asia. His mineralogical expertise and research studies have also made him a frequent collaborator with Canadian government agencies and academia. Jim is also on the board of Brandy Brook Mines Ltd.
Jim began his career as a geologist for government mapping programs and as a technician for an electron microprobe laboratory. He has worked on various field and research programs throughout the world including Canada, the US, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Guyana, Columbia, China, Qatar, and Sudan. Since co-founding RGC Ltd. he has worked on gold, silver, nickel, uranium and rare earth element projects in multiple capacities including management of mapping and sampling programs, petrography, and mineralogical studies.
Jim is a P.Geo registered and in good standing with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO).
He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Geology in 1999, from Western University and degree of Honors Standing in Geology in 2000, from Western University; Masters of Science (Economic Geology), 2003, from Western University; He completed his PhD in Geology, in 2014, from Western University.
Robert Dillman comes from a family that has been in the mineral exploration business since 1947. Robert has 44 years prospecting experience in Canada and holds an Honorary Prospectors License from the province of Ontario. Since 1991, Robert Dillman has been a Professional Geologist having attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Western University in Ontario. Robert is a sole proprietor of Arjadee Prospecting, President and CEO of Brandy Brook Mines Limited, a director of Key Lake Explorations Limited and a director of Dacron Corporation Limited. Robert has experience in all phases of mineral exploration including project and property management, financing and business management. He has an extensive and successful career exploring for precious metals, base metals, diamonds and uranium throughout many regions of Canada
Marty Huber, P.Geo., M.Sc., has been actively involved in mineral exploration since 2009. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from Acadia University in 2011 and a Master of Science degree in mineral exploration from Laurentian University in 2018. His experience spans from large-scale regional exploration to advanced drilling programs across Canada, targeting gold, base metals, rare earth elements (REE), lithium, and graphite. He brings specialized expertise in database management and acquisition, geochemical surveys, prospecting, and geospatial mapping.
Ms. Clay is Director of Transpacific Resources Inc., a company which has focused on advancing the exploration and development of critical mineral and precious metal properties since 1984. Frances has been involved with the company since 1992 assisting with administrative duties. Frances joined as Director in 2009 and has remained an asset to the board and management team with her business acumen and familiarity with financial reporting obligations of public mining exploration companies.
