A Precious Metal and
Critical Mineral Explorer
Transpacific Resources Inc. is a junior mining company supported by a forward-looking board of directors and professional geologists. The company endeavors to move forward with future property acquisitions and to become re-listed on the TSX.
At Transpacific Resources Inc., we specialize in exploration of base and precious metals with an emphasis on critical minerals. We are a well-seasoned team of professional geologists with worldwide experience, and a solid business acumen. Our interest has been focused within Northern Ontario along the Larder-Cadillac Break.
Transpacific Resources (Transpacific) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 128 contiguous mining claims (~2700 ha land package) covering portions of Hallliday, Midlothian, Mond, and Raymond townships on their new “Midlothian South Property”.
Transpacific’s 2024-2025 field plan is to follow-up on limited historic geological work by undertaking an airborne magnetic survey over the entire property. Most of the historic work has focused on the strong electromagnetic conductors (EM conductors) on the property where three holes have been drilled by two previous land holders.
Transpacific’s geologists believe that these strong EM conductors may well represent the western extension of the prolific base and precious metal hosting Cadillac Larder-Lake Fault Zone (“CLFZ”). These regional structures and associated splays host critical metal and large-scale gold mineralizing systems. The purpose of our program is two fold: 1) attempt to extend the Ni-mineralization from the adjacent claims onto Transpacific’s claim block, and 2) to make a new discovery of additional gold and base metal mineralization along the western extension of the CLFZ.
Transpacific’s Board has stated: “we are targeting fault splays off the western extension of the CLFZ. This area appears to represent an extension of the main regional scale CLFZ fault extending from Val D’Or, Kirkland Lake, and Matachewan areas hosting prolific quantities of critical metals and precious metals. We believe that the detailed geophysical work over 2024-2025 will help define subtle structures and possibly lead to drill targets and critical metal discoveries. The property is situated on a series of parallel NE-SW trending fault splays which could well be associated with critical metals and precious metals. Shearing and hydrothermal alteration such as Fe-Mg carbonate and potassic alteration (sericite) is extensive across the property. In addition, the southwest section of the property covers a gold lake sediment anomaly defined by a government lake sediment survey”.
Transpacific has also forged ahead and applied for the Ontario Junior Exploration Program (OJEP) grant offered by the Ontario Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (“MNDM”) on May 10, 2024. If awarded, the OJEP grant will contribute $50,000 to help offset costs related to the aforementioned airborne survey over the entire claim block.
